Returns & Shipping
Because taste is subjective, each person could taste something slightly different when they vape our product. However, if you feel that your eliquid is not consistent in flavor from the last time you ordered – or if you feel the mg level of the nicotine is incorrectly labeled – you can send your product back to us for review and testing.
If you purchased the product online, you must first contact our support representatives for return approval. Once your product is received and tested we will process a product replacement to be sent to you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the individual consumer. We recommend sending return products via USPS media mail for the cheapest rate.
If you purchase the product at a retail location, you will need to return to that location to request a replacement. Each store maintains their own return policies and may choose not to accept or process returns.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some destinations, and we do not ship to international destinations.
Orders are shipped via USPS either priority or first class depending on the order size and what is ordered.
We are unable to ship to Arkansas residents due to local state legislation.
Texas residents will be required to provide proof of age before any eliquid will be shipped.
